Who are the event organisers?

The event, Known as “The One Life Festival” is funded by Isle Learn a local IOW Non Profit making organisation.

Do I need to be accompanied by an adult? (Over 18’s)

People under the age of 18 MUST be accompanied by an adult. There will be One Life Support Staff around the festival site. However, you are advised, that should you feel require one to one support you should organise this yourself.

Can I get a refund for my ticket?

Unfortunately ticket are not refundable once purchased.

Event Cancellation

The event organisers have the authority to cancel the One Life Festival for reasons relating to Health and Safety, Extreme Weather and on the say so of Licensing, The Police or Fire Service. Tickets can not be refunded due to the nature of us being a not for profit organisation and meeting festival expenses.

What are the event times?

Both Friday & Saturday, the event will be open from 11am to 6pm.

Is there Car Parking?

Limited car parking is available on-site for free. Other transport options will be announced closer to the event.

How do I identify One Life Support Staff?

All One Life Support Staff will be wearing either a Red T Shirt or an Hi Visibility Jacket. Both will be marked clearly STAFF.

Is there First Aid at the Event?

Yes. This will be provided by Qualified Medical staff available on site and in the First Aid Tent

Will there be toilets on site?

Yes. Toilets will be provided including accessibility toilets

Is the site Disability friendly?

Where possible we have catered for wheelchair / mobility access. However due to the site location, terrain and possible weather conditions, we cannot guarantee that the site will be suitable for all persons.

Is there food and drink on site?

Yes food and drink concessions will be available on site, with the timings and vendors to be announced. If someone has special dietary needs that requires food / drink being brought onto the site then this needs to be disclosed on the gate at entry to a steward.

Where can I buy Tickets?

Ticket will become available from the 3rd of December 2018.

Can I buy a ticket on the gate?

This will be announced closer to the festival date.

How much do tickets cost?
