Terms & Conditions

Tickets

1.       Admission will be by ticket only (purchased pre-event or at event entrance)

2.       Ticket prices may change during the period before and leading up to the event

3.       Tickets only valid the day for which purchased

4.       Over 18’s wrist bands only allowed in alcohol areas

5.       Tickets will not be refunded if the event is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances beyond control of the organisers including but not exhaustive of Inclement weather (bills still have to be paid)

 

Venue

1.       Admission into the venue is at the discretion of event organisers and security officers

2.       There may be a requirement for security to check bags on entry / inside the venue

3.       Attendees are not permitted to bring onto the site, glass, naked flames, BBQs, Gazebos / Tents as per conditions of our licence. Any attempt to do so may result in confiscation of goods and refusal into the event.

4.       We do not provide shelter at event in the event of bad weather

5.       Advertised acts may be liable to change – not tickets refunds will be made due to a change in line up

6.       The organisers, H&S Officer and Security Manager have the power to close the event at anytime if they deem there is a risk to public safety. In such cases no ticket refunds will be made

7.       Persons attending the site may be filmed / have images taken which will / may be used for promotional reasons. If you do not wish to be recorded / photographed please make this known at the time

8.       Whilst all attempts are made by organisers to make the site as safe as possible, this venue is part of a working farm. It is the responsibility of the individual and their support worker / Manager to maintain your own / their safety at all times

9.       Food and drink will be sold at the event by outsourced catering companies, the organisers do not fix prices or will be held responsible for transactions between the public and a vendor. All special dietary requirements should be made known to organisers before attending he event

10.   Toilet facilities will be provided as per the requirement of the licence. In addition to these the organisers will provide toilet facilities for people with more demanding requirements
